General Terms & Universal Fees

These terms apply to most sessions unless otherwise specified.

• Performance Fee: A per-script session fee for the artist's time.
• Additional Character: R1,100 for each additional character or distinct accent.
• Studio Overtime: R780 per 30 minutes after allocated time.
• Cancellation (<24h): R1,150 if cancelled with less than 24 business hours' notice.
• Remote Audition: R550 (one artist) / R1,150 (two or more artists).
• Rejection Fee: 50% of Base Rate if a chosen voice is rejected after recording.
• Renewal (Year 2): 75% of initial total fee.
• Renewal (Year 3+): Previous year's fee + 10%.

TV, Radio & Cinema. (Base Performance Fee: R1,150)

Television Commercials (National)

• Up to 4 weeks: R3,450
• Up to 3 months: R4,380
• Up to 6 months: R6,540
• Up to 12 months: R10,250

TV Ad Internet Usage (Add-on)

• Website Only: +50% of TV Usage
• Social Media Only: +75% of TV Usage
• Website & Social: +100% of TV Usage

Radio Commercials (National)

• Up to 4 weeks: R1,550
• Up to 3 months: R1,920
• Up to 6 months: R2,390
• Up to 12 months: R3,270

Digital & Web Content

For corporate videos, explainers, and online ads.

Corporate/Explainer (Recording Fee)

• Up to 5 mins: R4,180
• Each add. 5 mins: R1,150

Usage Fees (Add-on to Recording Fee)

• Internal Use: Included
• Public Location (Events): +50% (12mo)
• Client Website Only: +75% (12mo)
• Social Media Only: +100% (12mo)
• Web & Social Bundle: +150% (12mo)
• Perpetuity / Buyout: +450% (once-off)

E-Learning

R4.00 per word (for projects under 10k words).

Telephony & Specialised

For IVR, audiobooks, podcasts, and awards.

IVR / Message On-Hold

• Up to 5 mins: R3,980 (12mo usage)
• Each add. 5 mins: R900

Audiobooks

Approx. R4,000 per first 10 mins + R850 per add. 10 mins, + 100% usage fee.

Animation / Dubbing

Recording fee based on Corporate Video rates. Usage fees based on final medium (e.g., TV rates).

Award Entries

R2,450 for up to 5 mins (for judging purposes only).
