1. Digital Products and Services

1.1. Nature of Products

Our offerings include digital products (such as e-books) and online/offline voiceover coaching services. No physical products are shipped.

1.2. Access to Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to downloadable materials via email or a provided link. It is your responsibility to download and back up these materials.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in ZAR (South African Rand).

2.2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other online payment gateways provided at checkout.

2.3. Payment Security

Your payment details are processed securely. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products and services:

• Digital Products: All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.

• Services: If you are unable to attend a scheduled coaching session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2. Prohibited Use
