📦 Delivery & Access Policy – VOISA
At VOISA (Voice Over Institute of South Africa), we specialise in digital content and voiceover coaching services. No physical shipping is required for our core offerings, except for select merchandise.
1. 🎧 Digital Products
1.1. Instant Access:
All digital products (e.g. e-books, voice training guides) are delivered electronically. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive immediate access via email or on-screen download.
1.2. Delivery Support:
If you haven’t received access within 30 minutes of purchase, contact us at craig@voisa.co.za and we’ll sort it out.
2. 🎙️ Voiceover Coaching Sessions
2.1. Online Coaching:
Links for Zoom sessions and instructions are emailed to you after booking and payment.
2.2. In-Studio Sessions:
Session details, studio location, and timing will be confirmed by email. No shipping required.
3. 👕 Physical Products (VOISA Hoodies, etc.)
Occasionally, we offer VOISA-branded merchandise.
• Orders ship via local courier
• Delivery: 2–7 business days
• Tracking is provided via email
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
4. 🚫 No Standard Shipping Required (for Services)
If you are accidentally charged shipping on a digital or coaching product, please contact us and we will issue a correction or refund immediately.
